Jim Ruth

Jim Ruth has extensive experience in client services and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at bswift since 2011, where previous roles included Associate Director, Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Client Services Analyst. Prior to bswift, Jim worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation, focusing on benefits documentation, performance evaluations, and HRIS testing. Additionally, experience includes HR Services Representative at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and staffing internships at DePaul University, with early career involvement in sales and marketing at RSA, Inc. Jim holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a B.A. in English and Psychology from the University of Iowa.
