Kim Evans

Kim Evans serves as the Vice President of Partnership Development at bswift, where responsibilities include leading the partnership strategy and establishing a network of vendor and point solution partners since September 2022. Additionally, Kim is a Chief Member, part of a community of women executives promoting diversity in leadership. Previously, Kim worked at Alight Solutions from June 2017 to September 2022, holding the role of Director of Partner Network Product Strategy and Knowledge Manager in Consumer Experience, playing a crucial role in developing product strategies and knowledge management initiatives. Before this, Kim spent nearly seven years at Aon Hewitt, progressing from Communication Consultant to Manager of the Proposal Management Team, enhancing proposal win rates and overseeing knowledge management strategies. Kim's career began at Hewitt Associates LLC, where various roles built a strong foundation in consulting and project management. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Miami University, earned in 2000.
