Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith, RHIA, has a diverse background in health information management and client services, currently serving as a Senior Specialty Operations Associate at bswift since October 2022. In this role, Lauren is responsible for conducting software testing, managing client inquiries, auditing system data, and ensuring compliance with COBRA regulations. Previously, Lauren held positions at Voya Financial as a Client Implementation Manager and at bswift as an Account Manager, providing data processing and troubleshooting expertise. Additional experience includes roles at Priority Health, Principal Financial Group, and an internship focused on health and human anatomy. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from Grand Valley State University in 2017.
