Steve Garman has extensive experience in the fields of implementation, systems analysis, and ministry. Currently serving as Director of COBRA Implementations & Quality at bswift since July 2017, Steve has held various leadership roles, including Senior Practice Leader, Implementation Manager, and Senior Account Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Aon Hewitt from 1998 to 2017, where responsibilities ranged from Lead Systems Analyst to Business Systems Analyst. Additionally, Steve has a background in ministry with roles at Harvest Bible Chapel and Williamsburg Community Chapel. Steve holds a Master of Divinity in Theology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
