Sue Thomson

Susan Thomson serves as the Chief Growth Officer at bswift since September 2023, and has been a Board Member at 2-4-1 CARE, Inc since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Susan held key positions at Embold Health as Senior Vice President of Sales from March 2020 to March 2023, and at Persephone Venture Partners as Partner from January 2016 to January 2023. At Alight Solutions, from June 2017 to March 2020, Susan led a global sales team focusing on benefits, payroll, and cloud solutions. Earlier experience includes senior roles at Aon, where Susan was the Senior Vice President for National Health Solutions Sales and led the Active Exchange Sales team, and at Hewitt Associates LLC as National HR Outsourcing Sales Leader. Susan began their career at Private Health Care Systems as National Sales Director and Intracorp as a Sales Executive. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
