Tom Bossier

Tom Bossier has extensive experience in software engineering and product management, currently serving as Manager of Software Engineering, Product Manager, Product Owner, and Senior Product Solutions Analyst at bswift since August 2017. Previously, Tom held the position of Lead Programmer Analyst at Alight Solutions from October 2014 to August 2017, and roles as a Programmer Analyst Advanced and Programmer Analyst at Aon from June 2012 to October 2014. Tom started with a background in technology as a Computer Lab Monitor at Eastern Illinois University from August 2010 to May 2012, and gained quality assurance experience as a Quality Assurance Intern at Applied Systems in the summer of 2011. Tom completed a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from Eastern Illinois University, following an Associate in Science degree from McHenry County College.
