Chris Walker is an experienced technology leader with a career spanning several decades in architectural roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Principal Architect at BT Financial Group since June 2003, Chris has successfully led the implementation of key architectural initiatives, including the Panorama product and Avaloq platform integration. Prior roles at BT Financial Group include Architecture Manager and Senior Architect, where significant contributions to strategic IT developments were made, with notable achievements such as the BTFG Architecture Practice ranking among the top 10 globally in 2010. Previous positions also include Technical Architect at Westpac Banking Corporation, where Chris developed collaboration and BPM strategies, and Technology Strategist at Colliers Jardine, overseeing extensive hardware and software implementations across multiple offices. Early career experience includes roles at Executor Trustees Limited and BHP Long Products Division.
