George Calinescu

George Calinescu, FCCA, is a finance specialist with extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Banca Transilvania since 2013. They have held key roles in various financial institutions, including Deputy CFO at RBS Bank Romania and Head of Department at Alpha Bank Romania. George has also contributed to boards, including BT Code Crafters and Improvement Credit Collection. They have pursued education at prestigious institutions, including a recent Master's program at Penn Engineering, and previously completed disruptive strategy training at Harvard Business School.
