Alison Moor

Alison Moor is a Network Connectivity Director at BT Group, where they lead critical national infrastructure that supports approximately 12 million customers. With a career spanning various IT and consultancy roles, Alison has focused on transforming operating models, processes, and systems using agile practices and strong business relationships. Previously, they served as the Complex Build Tribe Lead at Openreach, where they drove the technology transformation for the UK's fastest Fibre to the Premise rollout. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Manchester and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick.
