Amy Caton is a seasoned programme manager with extensive experience in social impact and digital talent initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Programme Manager for Social Impact at BT Group since December 2021, Amy has previously held key roles including Senior Manager for Digital Talent and Impact at Avado since April 2021 and Programme Director for the FastFutures programme. With a decade of experience at BT, Amy led the Work Ready programme, helping over 7,000 young people secure employment, and served as HR transformation deployment manager for BT Americas, focusing on the implementation of HR services in the region. Amy holds a degree in Sociology from The University of Edinburgh.
