Andrew Coy

Andrew Coy is a Lead QA Professional at BT with over 23 years of experience in the field. An ISTQB certified test professional and certified ScrumMaster, they have a strong background in Agile, Scrum, and V-model methodologies. Previously serving as SQA Team Lead at SDL plc, Andrew played a pivotal role in successfully releasing major desktop and enterprise-level products. They also worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Plusnet and began their career as a Junior Project Manager at Freemans. Andrew holds a B.Eng(Hon) in Electronic Systems & Information Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
