Andy Wells

Andy Wells is a seasoned Transformation Director currently leading the Cost Transformation team at BT, an in-house consultancy that reports directly to the Group CFO. With extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, Andy has successfully driven large-scale transformation programs, delivering over £2 billion in benefits in recent years and consistently achieving annual savings of £500 million or more. Prior to this, Andy held roles including Head of Cost Transformation at BT and Finance Manager at Trade Depot - Kingfisher, and was an Auditor at PwC. Andy graduated from Manchester Business School with an MBA and is a Chartered Accountant.
