Anil Prasad has over 17 years of experience in software engineering and management. Starting as a Senior Software Engineer at Synchronoss Technologies from February 2006 to June 2010, Anil focused on telecom domain projects utilizing Java, J2EE, and Struts. Anil then served as a Lead at Mindtree Ltd. from June 2010 to November 2014, where responsibilities included code review, requirement analysis, design, implementation, and team mentoring. Following this, Anil worked as a Technical Manager at Netcracker Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd from November 2014 to August 2023, leading projects that involved client liaising, product design, and Agile software development.
