Arpit Arora has over a decade of experience in contact center and network design roles, currently serving as a Specialist Designer for Customer Contact at BT Group since December 2019. Prior experience includes positions such as Lead Contact Center Expert and Cisco Contact Center Expert at Orange Business Services India Private Limited from July 2014 to December 2019, as well as work as a Contact Center Specialist at Eljay Engineering Pvt Ltd from March 2013 to July 2014. Arpit's career began at Wipro Infotech Ltd, where the role of Engineer-Voice was held from December 2009 to March 2013. Arpit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from DAV Institute of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2009, and previously attended Capt. Amol Kalia Fertilizer Model Senior Secondary School and Shivalik Model School.
