Becky Stephen

Becky Stephen is a Senior User Researcher at BT Group, where they currently lead user research initiatives. Prior to this role, Becky gained diverse experience in customer experience and research at Thriva Health, including positions as a Customer Experience Executive and User Researcher. They also served as an HR Enrolment Officer at Loughborough College and worked in the hospitality sector with Neilson Active Holidays. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from Loughborough University.
