Ben Mallard is a seasoned professional in transformation and product management with extensive experience at BT Group since July 2017. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Transformation, Ben leads initiatives to streamline BT Business's core portfolio, focusing on reducing complexity and costs while transitioning customers to next-generation products. Previously, as Senior Manager - Solutions, Ben oversaw the development of converged solutions and also served as Product Lead for Intelligent Campus, specializing in Software Defined technologies.
