Ben Markham

Ben Markham is a Senior Manager leading HR Portfolio & Strategy at BT Group, where they oversee Strategic Workforce Planning and develop the People Strategy. With extensive experience in HR across various specialisms, Ben has previously held roles focused on operating model design and organisational transformation at BT, as well as customer quality analysis at Audi UK. Ben began their career as a Student Ambassador at Lancaster University Management School and has also worked in operational roles at McDonald's Corporation and Transport for London. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Lancaster University.
