Brian Hylands

Brian Hylands is an experienced technology consultant with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as a Senior Manager in multiple roles at BT since October 2003, focusing on Broadband CPE Development and In-Home Connectivity solutions. Prior to this, Brian was a Senior Consultant at INTERNET DESIGNERS LIMITED, where leadership in Enterprise Application Integration was key. Brian's early career at BT included a position as Senior Software Engineer Team Lead, managing development projects, and a role at Shorts Missile Systems as a Software Developer specializing in embedded application development. Brian holds a B. Eng. in Electronic Systems and an MSc in Information Technology from Ulster University, with expertise in areas such as Customer Premise Equipment, Home Networks, and various cloud and voice technologies.
