Carmel De Silva

Carmel De Silva is currently the Commercial Director at BT, with extensive experience in various roles at BT Global Services and British Telecom, including Head of Supplier Contract Management and ITO Client Delivery Director. They have a background in clinical nursing and mental health from their time at the NHS, where they worked for nearly a decade. Carmel holds an Advanced Practitioner certification in Contract & Commercial Management from IACCM and is pursuing a degree in mental health nursing at Luton School of Nursing.
