Cathy has worked as a Senior User Researcher at BT Group, leading generative research to enhance software modules and improve accessibility. Previously, Cathy co-founded Knewtopia, where they overseen the development of an EdTech mobile app, ensuring user-centered design and growth. With advanced degrees from the University of Oxford and City, University of London, Cathy is currently completing a dissertation on machine translation tools in medical settings while advocating for inclusive design and research ethics.
