Catrin Vaughan

Catrin Vaughan is an accomplished Organisational Effectiveness Director at BT Group, with a robust background in organisational design and change management. They previously held roles at KPMG UK, Diageo, Vodafone, and EE, where they focused on people consulting and organisational effectiveness. Catrin earned a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology and Physiology from The University of Manchester and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Edinburgh Napier University. They are also a chartered FCIPD and a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner.
