Cesar Martinez

Cesar Martinez is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network design and optimization. Currently serving as a Network Design Specialist at BT since April 2021, Cesar has previously held positions as a Radio Planning and Optimization Engineer at Vodafone and Celfinet, and as an RF Optimization Engineer at Telefónica Venezuela. With a solid foundation in KPI monitoring, troubleshooting, and cellular network optimization, Cesar's career began as a Radio Frequency Engineer at CONATEL, where responsibilities included KPI collection and analysis for GSM and UMTS networks. Cesar holds a degree in telecommunications engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Fuerza Armada (UNEFA), completed in 2007.
