Cheung Liu is currently the Lead Process Designer for BT Digital Business, where they are focused on building out global fulfillment capabilities. With a robust background in service and telecommunications design, Cheung held positions at companies like Deutsche Bank, British Airways, and Vodafone, contributing to significant projects including the NRTS2 programme for Highways England. They earned a Master’s degree in Architectural Design and Technology from Leeds Beckett University and a BSc(Hons) in Business Information Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Prior to their current roles, Cheung gained valuable experience as a Service Designer for major organizations including Airwave and O2.
