Chris Mullaly is currently a Programme Manager for Global Voice at BT Group, leading a team of Technical Delivery Specialists in managing complex programmes across the Global Voice Access Platform. Previously, Chris held various positions at BT, including Senior Network Delivery Manager and GMV Service Operations Technician, where they contributed to the delivery of high-quality voice services. Prior to joining BT, Chris worked at Openreach as a Mobile Workforce Engineer and Relief Manager, becoming a high performer and gaining valuable skills in communication and team leadership. Chris also has a background as an Electrical Engineer at Croft Electrical and a foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
