Daniel Richards

Daniel Richards is a Senior Patent Attorney at BT, based in London. With experience in both private practice and industry, they specialize in invention mining, drafting, and prosecuting patent applications across key territories including Europe, the US, China, and Japan. Daniel previously served as IP Counsel at Ocado Group and held the position of European Patent Attorney at EIP, where they gained expertise in various technical areas, including computing, software, and engineering. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Durham University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London.
