Daniela Corbetta

Daniela Corbetta is an HR Manager at BT Group, where they focus on People & Culture within BT International since 2025. With extensive experience in human resources, Daniela previously served as an HR Business Partner at BT for 25 years, where they developed and implemented HR programs aligned with business strategies and managed various HR processes for approximately 500 employees. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiting & Training Specialist at Albacom and as a recruiter at Boyden International. Daniela holds a Ph.D. in Lettere e Filosofia from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from SDA Bocconi, and a Master’s degree in Programmazione NeuroLinguistica.
