Dave Milligan is currently a Principal in Experience Strategy & Transformation at BT Group, where they lead initiatives to enhance customer experience. Previously, they held various positions at BT, including Business Support Manager and Channel Manager, and went through the BT Graduate Scheme, gaining extensive experience in change deployment and operational capability. Prior to their roles at BT, Dave served as a Business Development Manager at Affinity Links. They are pursuing a Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management at the University of Exeter, building on their Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Queen's University Belfast.
