David Darling has extensive experience in customer satisfaction and program management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Satisfaction for BT TV since August 1997. In this role, David defines customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights on user experiences and utilizes survey feedback to drive business improvements and change initiatives. Prior to this position, David worked as a Programme Manager at Parity Solutions from April 1990 to August 1997 and as a Business Analyst at F.G Wilson Engineering for a brief period in 1989. Earlier experience includes serving as a Production Controller, coordinating stock availability for manufacturing industrial diesel generators. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Statistics, and Operational Research from The Queens University of Belfast, and education from Portora Royal School in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.
