David Donohoe has extensive experience in voice technology, having held key roles at Standard Life and BT. Beginning as a Voice Technician at Standard Life from 1996 to 2006, David contributed to various voice systems and implemented inbound scripting strategies. Following this, David served as a Senior Voice Technician from 2006 to 2010, leading technical initiatives for VoIP and contact recording projects with significant budgets. After a brief stint as a SharePoint/InfoPath Developer at BT in 2013, David took on the role of Technical Design Authority at Standard Life Outsource, contributing to an award-winning team.
