David Harkett

David Harkett has extensive experience in technical support and platform management, beginning with a role at BT Research Labs from June 2000 to August 2005, focused on automation of troubleshooting and diagnostics. Subsequently, David served as a Team Leader at BT from August 2005 to August 2007, overseeing service desk platform management and third-line escalation for application issues. From September 2007 to February 2017, David advanced to Technical Team Lead at BT plc, where responsibilities included leading the architecture of end-user support systems and implementing e-chat and remote control solutions. Early career experience includes a role as a Gopher at Glen International LLC, dealing with warrant/bond settlements and troubleshooting IT issues. David holds HND degrees in Computing and Maths from Suffolk College and University Campus Suffolk.
