Dawn Hilditch

Dawn Hilditch is a Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Consultant at BT Group of Companies, where they lead the transfer of employees in accordance with TUPE Regulation and provide HR support during the bid process. With extensive experience in both government and private sectors, they excel in union consultation and maintaining employee engagement throughout transitions. Previously, Dawn held roles in payroll, human resources management, and sales within BT, showcasing a broad range of skills in talent management and organizational development. They are currently pursuing a BA in Business Studies at the University of Lancashire.
