Frances Hunter

Frances Hunter is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on inclusion, equity, and diversity. Currently serving as a Senior Inclusion Equity & Diversity Business Partner at BT Group since May 2016, Frances has held various roles within the organization, including Senior HR Manager and Human Resources Project Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at BT as an HR Business Partner, and at WaterAid as an Interim HR Business Partner for West and Southern Africa. Frances's early career involved diverse HR roles at RBS, where responsibilities included global transaction services and consulting, as well as marketing support at Barker Brettell. Frances holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of Sheffield and a Professional Diploma from Birmingham City University in Chartered Institute of Marketing.
