Gagan Arora

Gagan Arora, PMP, is currently a Lead Project Manager at British Telecom, where they oversee program management and direction, while also mentoring fellow project managers. Gagan has extensive experience in project management, having previously worked at BT Global Services as a Project Manager and at Wipro Infotech where they held various roles, including Operations Manager and Senior Service Assurance Executive. Gagan earned a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor's in Computer Applications from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
