Gagan Munjal

Gagan Munjal is a decisive leader and solutions-focused Program Management Professional with extensive experience in global delivery capability setup and customer success. They currently serve as the Head of Technical Delivery Management at BT for the AMEA Contract Delivery Hub, where they oversee the establishment of a new global function to enhance technical deliveries. Gagan's past roles include Program Manager at BT Global Services and Program Director at Ericsson, where they managed large-scale programs and led cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery. They hold an M.S. in Consultancy Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and are pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science from the University of Kerala.
