Gareth Morgan

Gareth Morgan has a robust background in media relations and communications, with over two decades of experience. From August 2005 to September 2013, Gareth served as a Senior Press Officer and subsequently as Media Relations Manager at Universities UK, managing high-profile media interactions and leading the press office for the organization. Prior to that, Gareth worked at the European Parliament from 2001 to 2004 as a Researcher/Press Officer, focusing on policy research, media communication, and event organization. Currently, since November 2018, Gareth holds the position of External Communications Manager at BT Group, where responsibilities include managing media relations and enhancing coverage of the company’s initiatives. Earlier in the career, Gareth gained initial journalistic experience as a Trainee Journalist at North Wales Weekly News from 2000 to 2001.
