Grant Archer

Grant Archer is currently the Senior Manager of Internal Communications at BT, a position held since 2020. Previously, they worked at RBS in various roles, including Strategic Communications Adviser and Leadership Communications Manager, from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, Grant was part of NatWest's Graduate Management Induction Programme and completed an industrial placement in People & Organisation Development at British Airways from 1996 to 1997. They are pursuing advanced education with an MBA from the University of Warwick and additional training in Project Management and Internal Communications.
