Iain Stanbridge

Principal Network Architect

Iain Stanbridge is an experienced network architect currently serving as Principal Network Architect at BT since April 2016, focusing on the evolution of the BT (EE) radio access network and spectrum strategy. Prior to this role, Iain worked at EE from July 2010 to March 2016, also as Principal Network Architect, where responsibilities included driving the evolution of EE’s radio access network while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Iain’s career includes significant roles such as Technology Architect at Orange UK, overseeing key network development strategies, and Strategic Advisor at France Telecom Group, where corporate technical strategies were formulated. Iain started in the field as a Radio Systems Engineer at Orange UK and has held various positions within the Orange Group. Iain holds an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Bristol, a Diploma in German from the Institute of Linguists, and an MEng in Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
