Ian Richardson has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at BT Global Services since 1996, and previously held the position of Voice Operations Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Ian worked at Siemens/C&W/Mercury Communications from 1988 to 1996 as an Operations Team Manager and began a career in telecommunications at Telephone Rentals from 1977 to 1988, progressing from Apprentice to Field Engineer and Tech Support. Ian's educational background includes studies at Wearside College from 1977 to 1982 and attendance at Southmoor School Sunderland from 1971 to 1977.
