Ivana Mackenzie

Ivana Mackenzie is a results-driven Transformation Programme Manager with extensive expertise in customer experience and client services. Having managed large-scale international telecommunications programs for BT, Ivana excels in stakeholder engagement and strategic execution, consistently improving customer satisfaction. With a strong background in project management and team leadership, Ivana has successfully led diverse virtual teams across multiple geographies. Ivana holds a Master's degree in Business and Telecommunications with distinction from UCL, and a First Class Honours Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Queen Mary University of London. Outside of work, Ivana enjoys cycling, tennis, sailing, and skiing, and resides in a market town near London with a family.
