James Iles

James Iles is an experienced HR Director specializing in workforce and skills development, currently leading the Workforce & Skills function for BT Group since September 2016, responsible for a global workforce of approximately 24,000 colleagues. Previously, James held positions such as Director of Learning and Development at BT Enterprise and Director of Learning and Development at Liberty Global, where strategic L&D initiatives were developed to align with global people strategies.
