James Watson is currently the IFRS15 Project Director at BT, with nearly a decade of experience in driving finance transformation. They previously held the position of Head of Finance Transformation for BT International and led the creation of a finance Shared Service Center for the EMEA region, expanding it to over 150 FTEs. Earlier in their career, James served as Financial Controller for BT's IT function, overseeing significant operational changes.
