Joanna Carman

Joanna Carman is currently the Director of Home & TV Propositions at BT Group, overseeing EE/BT Broadband, Home, and TV propositions while managing Plusnet’s end-to-end operations. Previously, Joanna held the role of Director at Plusnet and served as the VP Commercial at The Signal Group. Joanna's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Coutts, Vodafone, and the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where they successfully drove strategic growth and operational efficiencies across various regions. Joanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Economic History from the London School of Economics and is pursuing an ACA in Financial Markets and Products at Singapore Management University, alongside a Master of Arts in Law from the London College of Law.
