Joanne Patterson

Joanne Patterson has extensive experience in project management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Project Manager for BT Business since January 2011. Previously, Joanne worked with Openreach from August 2009 to January 2011, focusing on the NGA PMO Customer Interface Team and managing the NGA FTTC project to deliver fibre infrastructure. Prior to that, Joanne was an Onedesk Account Manager at BT for Global Business from August 2003 to August 2009, where responsibilities included driving revenue and new business in the Manufacturing, Construction, and Services sectors. Joanne's career at BT began in February 1998, holding the position of Complaints Manager in Business Sales until 2003. Education was completed at Bishop Gore.
