Jody Shaw

Director, CX - Mobile, Voice, BB & TV at BT

Jody Shaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and media operations, currently serving as Director of CX for Mobile, Voice, Broadband, and TV at BT since June 2008. Previous roles at BT include Director of Customer Experience for TV & Broadband, Director of IPTV Operations, and General Manager for TV Media and Content, overseeing significant operations including IPTV for BT TV platforms and outside broadcast operations. Prior to BT, Jody held various positions at Raytheon UK, focusing on quality, Six Sigma, and project leadership in air traffic management and intelligence projects. Jody holds a Master of Science in Quality Engineering (Business Improvement) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
