Design Specialist - OSS Strategy

John Hill is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in mobile service analytics and network performance. Currently serving as a Lead Specialist Analyst at BT since May 2018, John focuses on performance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement across mobile services. Previously, John held significant roles at Ericsson from 2008 to 2018, including Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed data analytics, automation, and problem management. Before that, John spent over 15 years at T-Mobile UK in various engineering positions related to RAN support and system introduction, emphasizing software and hardware support for 2G technologies. John holds an OND in Telecommunications from the Cable and Wireless Telecommunications College.
