John Miller has extensive experience in account management and leadership roles, having served as an Account Director at Perot Systems Government Services from October 1998 to March 2001 and as an Account Start Up Director at BT from October 2004 to the present, where responsibilities include the mobilization and transition of major accounts valued at over £100 million. Currently, John is also an Account Start Up Director at BT Global Services since 2010. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from City University and an MA in Defence Studies (International Affairs) from King's College London, in addition to military training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the Royal School of Military Engineering.
