John Ward

John Ward has extensive experience in service management and telecommunications, with a career spanning from 1998 to the present. Positions include Service Manager/Designer and Product Service Architect at BT and a Senior Technology Manager role at Morrisons. John is currently a Global Service Delivery Manager at ghd, having previously served as a Service Management Consultant at the same company.
