John Wood

John Wood is a Change Manager at Plusnet/BT Group, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this role, John gained valuable experience as an IT and Network Manager at Askham Home Improvements from 2004 to 2009, and as a PC Repair Technician at Total Tech from 2009 to 2012. John also held various positions at Plusnet, including Change Manager and Incident Controller, along with roles as a Technical Support Analyst and TV Trial Coordinator. John is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Sheffield Hallam University.
