Joseph Ward

Joseph Ward is a seasoned regulatory affairs professional currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at BT. Their career began in law, with positions as a Solicitor at Field Fisher Waterhouse and Bird & Bird LLP, eventually becoming a Senior Associate specializing in competition and regulatory law. From 2015 to 2020, Joseph worked as Regulatory Counsel at EE before returning to BT, where they led UK regulatory engagement and oversee strategic projects related to platform regulation and net neutrality. Joseph holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EC Competition Law from Kings College London and a Bachelor of Arts in History from University College London.
