Justin Ashmore

Justin Ashmore is a Senior Solutions Consultant at BT, specializing in customer experience digital transformation. Previously, they served as Associate Director for IT Managed Services at CALYX, where they led telephony and network transformation projects. With over 16 years of contact center experience, Justin has held various leadership roles, including positions at PAREXEL Informatics, where they established an emergency contact center service and delivered a global contact center platform. They have also been a School Governor and Chair at Equals Trust since 2017.
